Phase 1 · Flip the aisle
Whole team on the tarp. Flip it. Everyone ends on the clean underside. Grass touch = MUDDY full reset.
Phase 2 · Recover kit
One stone each. Stones stay in contact with a teammate or they’re gone. Bring all 8 items fully onto the pad.
Rules Marshal has the whistle
- Hands only on tarp and teammates during the flip — no trees, bags, or marshal anchors.
- Legal footing in Phase 2: aisle pad or a stepping stone only.
- Every stone must stay in unbroken contact with at least one team member. Abandoned stone = forfeit.
- MUDDY: grass touch = that person returns to the pad; carried item drops where they stood. Phase 1 grass touch = full flip reset.
- Pass items hand-to-hand only when both people are legal. No throws over 1 m.
- No shoulder stands. Film the flip and the final kit lineup.
